This is an impressive omakase where you can enjoy a variety of dishes made from seasonal ingredients and the best ingredients of the day, all served in small portions. When making a reservation, we will ask about any dislikes, allergies, or preferences for small or large portions, so please be sure to inform us at the time of booking. The unique aspect of Yamane Koen is that you might wonder, 'Why do I feel so light in my stomach even after eating so much yesterday?' This has been the best feature of Yamane Koen for 29 years without change. There is a sample menu in the top photo. In October and November, we offer the 'Must-Try' full-course of soft-shelled turtle for 15,000 yen, along with turtle dishes, dough crab, eel, and for those who enjoy it, the stunning matsutake mushrooms, incredibly clear-tasting salmon roe, the finest porcini mushrooms, Alba white truffles, truly delicious Spanish mackerel, and fish dishes using refined techniques with rice straw, as well as Mishima beef, lamb, Kenran beef, and three-year-old Japanese Angus beef that has never consumed genetically modified feed or hormones, and grass-fed beef without antibiotics, among others. You can also enjoy a beautifully arranged platter of truly delicious sashimi (the way the knife is used is different), delicious pasta dishes, and a seasonal soup with a clear taste that will make you laugh, all included in small portions for an incredible price of 15,000 yen. However, many of the dishes at Yamane Koen do not layer unnecessary flavors and are characterized by a clear and beautiful taste, which is completely different from the dishes you might find at any famous restaurant today that tend to layer various flavors and tastes, resulting in a uniform experience. If you prefer rich, heavy flavors, this may not be the place for you. When you get tired of such dishes, please visit Yamane Koen. Isn’t it nice to have at least one restaurant like this? I have been running a discount shop for 29 years, and I still continue to operate with that mindset, focusing on low profit margins and high sales. I believe that those who can understand this will surely be able to enjoy something truly unique.

This is a somewhat unbelievable project where you can enjoy 8-9 types of premium wines that are hard to find by the glass, served in 30cc portions with snacks included. The photo features Syrah from America, showcasing everything from the currently popular Syrah to once-famous, now rare ultra-rare Syrah, and even high-quality Syrah rated 100 points.

The winery owner Kenzo Tsujimoto decided to run the winery himself in the 1990s. Since then, it took a full 20 years until the Kenzo Estate winery was completed. Its history, like wine, was also dramatic. The Japanese owner Kenzo Tsujimoto (CEO of Capcom) established the winery 'Kenzo Estate' in Napa Valley, California. In 1990, after a business failure at Capcom, he purchased 1,500 hectares of idle land in Napa for 7 billion yen, making it his personal property, and began cultivation, investing over 10 billion yen of his own wealth over 14 years. In 1998, he started clearing the forest on the mountain to create vineyards. In 2001, he welcomed his first harvest but met a fateful person. It was the charismatic viticulturist David Abreu, who had worked with grapes that produced various cult wines such as 'Colgin' and 'Harlan Estate.' He instructed to remove all the existing grapevines and start land improvement from scratch. Tsujimoto, who aimed for the world's best wine, agreed. In 2002, it was a fresh start from zero with David Abreu. Under the philosophy of 'delivering the best wine to as many people as possible,' Tsujimoto requested another staff member. In 2003, he welcomed Heidi Barrett, one of America's winemakers represented by 'Screaming Eagle,' as the winemaking manager. With the addition of staff, the winemaking at 'Kenzo Estate' officially began. They are still engaged in winemaking today.
