I visited Fujihara for the first time, wishing I had known earlier that such a Japanese restaurant existed in my hometown. The menu was really long and handwritten, as if the restaurant is famous for its overly long menu. There were many dishes for each genre, such as fresh fish, simmered dishes, and grilled dishes. All the dishes were beautiful to look at and you could feel the season. The owner was kind enough to call out to us right in front of us, and we were glad to be able to enjoy our food at the counter.
