This menu, available from August to the end of November, features our popular summer to autumn soup, which is finished as a risotto by adding rice.
Pale greenish-yellow. Elegant aromas of citrus and linden flowers. On the palate, it is a textbook example of Riesling, filled with fruity and delicious acidity. A dry, medium-light body Alsace wine made from 100% Riesling.
The color is a bright yellow with a hint of lime green. It has aromas reminiscent of linden flowers, flint, and tropical fruits. The palate is smooth with a soft mineral feel, and the acidity is well-balanced. This is a 100% Swiss Chasselas white wine that offers a pleasant depth in the finish.
The sharp acidity with a good balance of subtle sweetness and rich minerals tightens the overall profile. The finish is long with impressive herbal aromas. It has a voluminous attack, a sense of umami, and a refreshing aftertaste. 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chardonnay.
A rich cherry red with a vibrant and clear shine. Aromas of black plum are complemented by a hint of vanilla. The palate offers fruity flavors with ripe tannins, balanced acidity, and a pleasant complexity and finish, made from 100% Spanish Tempranillo.
The color is a deep garnet. It has a rich fruit aroma reminiscent of black currants and ripe plums, along with elegant spices and toasty notes. The tannins become silky smooth with aging, harmonizing well with the acidity, resulting in a solid body. It has an elegant taste with a lingering herbal finish. Composed of 45% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot, this is a Bordeaux red.
With a bright ruby color, the charming aroma of small red fruits spreads a rich fragrance. The taste is very vibrant with acidity that matches the aromatic image. It has a magnificent balance, and the tannins are soft and well-integrated. A 100% Pinot Noir red from Burgundy.
This wine is crafted with powerful fruitiness, smoothness, and rich tannins, providing a high level of satisfaction for Zinfandel enthusiasts. It is a full-bodied California wine made from 100% Zinfandel.
