All-you-can-drink sake from our specialties! All other drinks such as beer, sours, and shochu are also all-you-can-drink. Recommended for sake lovers and those who want to enjoy a wide variety of sake.
You can also enjoy Obanzai and fish dishes, which are Ohashi's specialties. We hope you will enjoy the flavors that change with the deepening of the seasons. You can also change to the premium all-you-can-drink option with an additional ¥2,000 for all kinds of Japanese sake.
(Miyagi) Hitomebore is dry yet has a rich body and umami
(Kochi) Hachitan Nishiki with a fragrant aroma and a clean, refreshing taste
(Fukushima) A flavor reminiscent of dream fruits. A rich taste that allows you to feel the umami of rice.
(Fukui) Sagahomare has a refreshing and deep flavor with polished rice
(Shiga) Watarisen, once said to be a legendary sake rice, is used in this junmai sake. It has a well-balanced flavor of rice's umami and acidity, with a strong taste.
(Ishikawa) With the roundness derived from aged Yamada Nishiki, this sake can accompany any meal. It has a milky banana-like aroma. This blended junmai sake was developed by the president (Don) of the distributor, Imadeya.
We offer a rotating selection of 7 to 9 types of sake.

This is an assortment of obanzai made with gentle dashi and seasonal ingredients. It includes five dishes made with seasonal ingredients served on one plate.
We carefully select seasonal fish for this dish.
This is a mixed rice dish using seasonal ingredients. It takes a little time to cook, but it is a dish you definitely want to try. *Each dish is cooked individually after you place your order, so it will take about 30 to 40 minutes.* Last orders will be taken at 9:30 PM.
