This shop is located near the entrance of Kiyotsu Gorge, where you can take a break while enjoying the scenery. The handmade 100% buckwheat soba is made with pure water, giving it a firm texture that is smooth and pleasant to eat. The wild vegetable soba has a refreshing flavor, allowing you to feel the presence of nature. There is also a set that allows you to taste three types of soba, and it's a bit fun to pour the dipping sauce yourself. The smooth texture goes down easily, and although the aroma is mild, it provides a sense of satisfaction. Traditional simple shaved ice is also available, which can be enjoyed cool in a glass bowl.
