It is the only slightly rich yakitori restaurant in Takatsuki. The premium lunch is a bowl of rice topped with gorgeous ingredients, and the horse-meat sashimi otoro flakes, sea urchin, and salmon roe are superb. It looks beautiful and is accented with finely chopped takuwan (pickled radish). Yakitori is also available in three varieties: Sendai jidori chicken thigh, seseri with skin, and tsukune, with the contrast between the large pieces of meat and the crispy skin being exquisite. Recommended by those familiar with Takatsuki rice, the restaurant offers a premium experience despite its small size, about 5-6 portions. This is a hidden gem of a restaurant that we will definitely visit again.
