At the yakitori restaurant, you can also enjoy ramen made with chicken broth and curry. The ramen features a refreshing chicken bone salt flavor, and the thin noodles pair well with green onions, steamed chicken breast, tender tsukune (chicken meatballs), and fragrant chicken skin skewers. The curry has a subtly smoky aroma, and the spiciness that comes later is pleasant. There is also curry topped with chicken katsu and fried chicken, and I appreciate that it comes with cabbage on the side. The chicken katsu is crispy and easy to eat. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a Showa-era retro izakaya, where you can relax and enjoy yakitori as a snack.
