A Popular Spot to Enjoy Freshly Made Sanuki Udon and Rice Bowls

This restaurant features strong, chewy Sanuki udon made by skilled artisans right in the shop, served with flavorful Kansai-style broth and aged soy sauce. The crispy tempura and dishes like tai dashi udon and tai tempura are also highly praised, providing a level of satisfaction that makes you want to drink the broth. The restaurant is well-known for its rice bowls, including wagyu beef bowl and oyakodon, which pair perfectly with the noodles to fill you up. It's a casual place that's perfect for everyday dining.

There are many people, so you might have to wait a little, but you can be seated faster than you expect. The service is quick, and you can enjoy warm udon right away. The noodles have a nice chewiness, and the flavor of the wheat spreads pleasantly. The broth, with its clear umami, has a slightly spicy note that makes you want to drink it until the end. The curry type with pork and onions pairs well with the udon, and I was also impressed by the bowl with the umami of the sea bream. The lightly battered sea bream tempura is fluffy on the inside, and the service that allows you to add half a portion of noodles is also delightful.
