This course includes an assortment of appetizers using our seasonal ingredients, pasta and meat dishes, and a hearty and satisfying meal. We also offer three types of pairing wines to match the dishes. Please feel free to ask for more information. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

The menu consists of exquisite dishes made with love by the chef, ranging from appetizers to desserts. For those who want to try a little bit of everything, we offer a platter of assorted appetizers. You can enjoy about 10 different types. We create dishes in consultation with our customers using seasonal ingredients and freshly picked organic vegetables from our home garden. The main dish features A5 rank black beef from Kagoshima, which is delicious once you taste it, and during the season, we also offer a variety of game dishes. Grape variety: 100% Grechetto Gentile. A wine with an excellent balance of gentle fruitiness, acidity, and minerality. Bottle fermentation, non-filtered.
Grape variety: 60% Pinot Nero, 40% Chardonnay. The founder, Cristian Bellei, aimed to create a sparkling wine that the Emilia-Romagna region can be proud of. This project embodies the family's dreams and romance. It has a rich flavor even without dosage. After the secondary fermentation in the bottle, the sur lie period lasts a minimum of 24 months until disgorgement.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Nero with fruity aromas of peach and green apple, refreshing and lively taste. The slight effervescence felt on the tongue enhances its drinkability.
Grape Varieties: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco. The color is a bright greenish straw yellow. It features a prominent soft and fresh aroma of wildflowers and sage, with a complex bouquet of exotic fruits that pairs excellently, providing a long finish.
Grape Variety: Friulano 60%, Chardonnay 30%, Piccolit 10%. The appearance is a slightly deep straw color. Clear aromas of grapefruit and white peach are layered with nuances of orange peel and chamomile, along with a smoky hint. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the wine impresses with pure fruit flavors accompanied by a rich umami.
Grape Variety: Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Barolo, named after the village of Barolo in Fontanafredda, is celebrated as the 'king of Italian wines.' It is aged for about 2 years in large oak barrels from Slavonia and central France, with an additional aging of over 1 year in the bottle. Unlike the more concentrated and assertive Barolos of recent years, this one offers a subtle flavor characteristic of a long-established winery. It embodies the generosity and modest impression typical of large barrel aging.
Grape Varieties: Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera. Classification: D.O.C. (D.O.P.) Riserva type aged for more than 2 years. A wine with a bright ruby color and a strong alcohol presence. It has matured aromas and a refreshing herbal quality. Enjoy the rich flavors. Pairs well with beef, game, and aged cheese.
Grape Varieties: 30% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta. This wine has concentrated fruit flavors and deep richness derived from dried grapes. It is complex and has a solid mouthfeel, crafted with the motto 'Good wine comes from good vineyards,' putting in the time and effort into winemaking.

From the thorough pursuit of quality, Roberto Voerzio, known as the 'No.1 Grower of Barolo,' produces this Barolo from the grapes of 'Rocche dell'Annunziata,' which is characterized by its elegance, in a vineyard with abundant sunlight facing southeast. It features smooth tannins that are pleasant, highlighting the pure fruitiness and freshness of Rocche. The 2015 vintage received 97 points from Wine Advocate!
