The dishes are centered around the beautiful pork, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The signature tonteki is surprisingly tender, and the sweetness of the fat lingers. You can choose from demi-glace, ginger flavor, or Yokkaichi style for the sauce, allowing you to enjoy it based on your mood. The pork belly braised in red wine is moist and juicy, and it pairs perfectly with the accompanying baguette. The hamburger is also fluffy, and I was satisfied all the way to the dessert, which was crème brûlée. The service is pleasant, and there are side dishes of vegetables and sausages, as well as a variety of alcoholic beverages, allowing you to fully enjoy the pork dishes.
