Should fewer people actually arrive for the event, we will charge $10 for each missing guest on top of your bill. The Waldhorn Restaurant will accept changes to the guaranteed number up to two days prior to the event.
If you have ordered a buffet or set menu we will charge you the buffet price or the fix menu price for the guaranteed number of people. The deadline for the guaranteed headcount for buffets is 7 days prior the event.
After that it will not be refundable anymore.
