The calm interior centered around the counter provides a comfortable atmosphere with warm hospitality. The nigiri made with fresh natural tuna has a pleasant aroma, and the lean meat has a good balance of fat. The thin rolls have a prominent seaweed fragrance, and the kanpyo (dried gourd) is cooked to a fluffy texture. The sashimi of octopus, squid, and marinated mackerel each have distinct flavors that are satisfying. The tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) here is also used in sandwiches, and its gentle sweetness pairs well with bread. Announcements for sales can be checked at the store's display or on Instagram, and the crust rusk made from bread ends is delicious and feels like a snack.
