It is a very hard-to-reserve restaurant, ranked No. 1 in Japan in the Yakiniku category of "Yakiniku" in "Eating Log", but I was invited by a fellow gourmet to this restaurant. Omakase course (12,000 yen, drinks not included) The first course was a thick and impressive cut of tongue and halami. Both meats have a pleasing texture that makes you want to chew them forever. Enjoy red meat such as rump and tomosankaku, or two pieces of filet mignon on a hire sukiyaki donburi. We also had ichibo and sirloin (*^^)v To finish, brisket sandwich, yellowtail rice, and bolognese. And the course ended with dessert. It was a lunchtime visit, but the meat was wonderful with no damage to my stomach at all that night or the next day.

[SATO BRIAN NIGO] Go to the 2nd floor of SATO BRIAN NIGO. Meat room! The tongue was amazing today! Tongue with this much fat. It is very rare to find such fat in a tongue. The halami was also well cooked and nice. The butter garlic soy sauce on the yellowtail rice was also exquisite. Narita-san's rice is often thick, but that's to be expected. My long awaited Sato-Burian 🐮💗💗. I had a course that would have ripped my stomach out 😋! I think I enjoyed the filet mignon sandwich and the sea urchin buri rice the most! Everything was so delicious, but I was so full that I couldn't really enjoy the flavors at the end 😭.

SATO BRIAN GOUGOU, a Yakiniku Restaurant that Exceeds Expectations! I went to the very famous yakiniku restaurant SATO BRIAN NIGO, which I had longed for! All the menu items were amazing and made the best use of Kyushu's ingredients, and the way the waiter grilled and prepared the meat was top-secret. The contents of the menu were just so powerful and full of emotion. The waitresses were also very attentive and gave us good instructions on how to eat the meat! By the way, the price may seem expensive since it mainly consists of Chateaubriand, but considering the volume and the contents, I think it is a very reasonable yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy the meat to the fullest!
