Stir-fried with a seasoning similar to shrimp paste, it has a salty and spicy Malaysian flavor.

There is no peculiar smell of liver, and it is soft and easy to eat.
Lemon sauce for chicken is available at other restaurants, but the orange sauce is Chef Huang's original.
Prices may vary. The shark fin stew made with our homemade, carefully crafted concentrated soup is comparable to that of high-end restaurants, and can be enjoyed at a reasonable price considering its size.
The paiko, made with Chef Huang's original spice blend, is crispy and has a hint of Taiwanese flavor. It can be enjoyed as a snack, but the Paiko Fried Rice or Paiko Dan Dan Noodles topped with it are satisfying dishes.
