Simple is the best! This is the pinnacle of soy sauce ramen! This is the best soy sauce ramen! Homemade Ramen Muginae ♦︎ Omorikaigan Station (Tokyo) 5 minute walk from Omorikaigan Station. A very famous ramen restaurant selected as The Tabelog Award Bronze and one of the 100 best restaurants on the food log. It is rare for a ramen restaurant to be selected for The Tabelog Award (and consecutively). People often wait in line for more than two hours to try Muginae's ramen. Mugimiao's concept is "no chemical seasoning at all. No chemical seasonings or yeast extracts are used, The soup is made without using any chemical seasonings or yeast extracts, and is made with soup stock derived from natural ingredients, which gives the soup a deep flavor that gradually permeates the mouth. The light broth is combined with homemade noodles and delicious ingredients to create an exquisite taste that cannot be achieved with extracts. There are only 9 seats at the counter. The restaurant does not use any chemical seasonings, so the flavors are carefully prepared. Therefore, the turnover rate is not good. I myself had to wait in line for more than 2 hours when I visited on a Sunday. However, I can assure you that it is worth the wait. The restaurant opened at 11:30 a.m. and we arrived at 11:07 a.m. We left the restaurant at 12:55 p.m. after finishing our meal. I wonder if it was a coincidence that the line was shorter on the way back. Special soy sauce ramen This soy sauce ramen is a highly conscious type of ramen that not only is it non-flavored, but also specifies the origin and brand of the ramen ingredients, toppings such as chashu pork, egg, and nori (seaweed). One bite of the ramen is as if you can feel the owner's feeling that she has worked hard to create a delicious soy sauce ramen with carefully selected ingredients. It is light and very easy to eat, which explains why we found several women-only groups. Korocha rice I don't know if it was the white rice that was too tasty, but the cubes of chashu pork on top didn't seem to be used to its full potential. In the TV program, the performer had put an egg yolk on top, so it was very good if you put a half-boiled egg on top of the ramen! It brought a sense of unity to the white rice and chashu that felt disjointed.

The best ramen in Japan! I visited for the first time in about a year because a friend of mine who loves gourmet food wanted to go there. I was prepared for a long line at around 2pm on a Saturday, but there were only about 10 people in line, so I figured I should get in line and get in line. I wasn't sure whether to go for the shoyu ramen that had shocked me last time, but being a lover of new things, I decided to go for the niborah ramen. It's a boiled and dried ramen. Again, it was shockingly delicious. Not only the aroma of the broth, but also the attention to detail in each ingredient. I think this is the only ramen that makes you want to drink all of the soup. Next time, I would like to try the fish and rice dish that is popular by word of mouth! Thank you for the food.

Homemade Ramen Barley Mushrooms Ajitama Niboraa This restaurant is located in Minami-Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. The exterior looks like a stylish café. The soup stock is made from brand-name dried sardines from the Seto Inland Sea, and has a deep and gentle flavor without any bitterness.
