Regarding cancellation of reservations
The following cancellation fees will be charged depending on the number of people using the service.
-1 to 3 people: 100% charge for same-day cancellations.
-4 to 8 people: 50% charge for cancellations 2 days prior, 100% charge for cancellations the day before or on the day.
-9 to 14 people: 50% charge for cancellations 10 days prior, 100% charge for cancellations the day before or on the day.
*During festive seasons, Golden Week, etc., a cancellation charge of 100% will be applied from 3 days before, regardless of the number of people in the reservation.
[Information about private rooms]
We have private rooms available for 2 to 14 adults (only one room).
If you make a reservation for 6 adults or less, an additional private room fee of 18,000 yen will be charged.
