This is our proud cacciatore pasta made with local pork raised on herbs from the Ebara Herb Pork Future, a JAS certified farm in Takasaki!
Porcini mushrooms are a highly aromatic and expensive ingredient, often referred to as the king of Italian mushrooms. They pair well with cream, and in the style of Takasaki pasta, it is served as a soup. Enjoy it with our special 'Ebara Herb Pork Cacciatore.'
