A short walk from Matsudo Station leads to a stylish Italian restaurant. The interior is sophisticated, and the counter has a calm, bar-like atmosphere. The shrimp and shiso mentaiko cream pasta I had for lunch was a delightful taste, with chewy fresh pasta and plenty of plump shrimp. The salad that came with it featured several types of leafy greens, and the rich dressing was quite addictive. The garlic shrimp and green onion dish I tried at night had a deep flavor that made me want to ask for more bread. The staff's attentiveness was also commendable, as they changed the plates for each dish, allowing for a very comfortable dining experience.
