On anniversaries, I have been visiting. The content has always been wonderful from appetizers to desserts, but this time the chef's dish with butterbur made me feel an early spring. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

It had been a while since I had visited, but the rosé wine shabu-shabu was excellent, and the red wine salt and sea urchin sauce were especially tasty. The risotto was also tart and tasty enough to be a main course. The assorted appetizers and prosciutto ham were also delicious, and the course meal was reasonably priced. The owner is particular about the vegetables, which are shipped directly from the region of origin, and there is a wide selection of meats and many choices. With the wide range of dishes, I thought the restaurant might even be on TV.

The food is reasonably priced, and the sashimi of flatfish kombujime is chewy and has a wonderful salty flavor. The char sashimi is light pink, fluffy, and delicious. The grilled amago (eel) has a light texture and goes well with sake. Tempura of young ayu fish is also excellent. The main dish, Sakurajima Lava Grill, features five kinds of venison grilled on lava rocks. Finally, there was kamameshi (rice cooked with small red clams) with a good broth, which was very satisfying. There were many choices of drinks and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant had the atmosphere of a small restaurant with an L-shaped counter. It is a great restaurant.
This is the one I wanted to visit.
Even though it was a weekday, there was a huge crowd...
We waited for an hour and a bit.
There were many housewives with infants.
I ordered eggs benedict, which I had been wanting to try.
I chose salmon avocado.
The poached eggs were so soft and tender!
And then there's the pancake we've been waiting for!
I said it would be too much for two people to share, but it was so fluffy, moist, and tender that it wasn't enough.
but it was so fluffy, soft, and handsome that it wasn't enough.
I had it plain and simple.
I've never had a pancake texture like this before and I'm impressed.
If they could improve the turnover rate a little more
I would have scored 120☆.
I would like to go back again ♡.

The duck confit was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making me smile involuntarily. The lightly battered fritters, especially the zucchini, were so good that I couldn't stop eating.
