At Separan, we offer grilled meat cooked over charcoal. Charcoal grilling uses far infrared rays to sear the surface of the meat at high temperatures, trapping the juices inside, resulting in a crispy exterior and a fluffy, juicy interior. The dripping juices create smoke from the charcoal, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the charcoal as well. Please feel free to ask about the best way to grill the meat! This is our pride and joy, a luxurious thick cut of specially selected Wagyu beef chosen with a discerning eye.
