This is a shop that is within walking distance from Hakata Station and is easy to access. At the counter in front of the charcoal grill, you can see the food being grilled right in front of you, which is exciting. The fish grilled slowly over the flames has a wonderful aroma, with a crispy skin and a fluffy interior. The grilled mackerel and large shrimp, along with the sashimi and seafood-filled salad, left a lasting impression. For the finale, the salmon and salmon roe rice cooked in a clay pot was delightful, with the steam bringing happiness, and the crispy bits were irresistible. Thanks to the considerate staff, I was able to enjoy my time there until the very end.
