The sweetfish, grilled with a special sauce, has a fluffy and tender texture, making it a refreshing and never-tiring kabayaki dish.

Every day from early morning, we start preparing soba noodles according to the temperature and humidity of the day. Since only one artisan makes the soba noodles, we can only make about 50 servings per day. If you absolutely want to try handmade soba noodles, please come early.
