This is a superb egg carefully selected by Butakuma. It features a shell that is hard to crack, a sweet yolk, and a rich white that does not dissolve. It is served with our proud soba dashi poured over it. This product is very popular.
(It is a mild and light duck without any strong flavor.)

After eating soba, pour soba broth into the remaining dipping sauce and drink it. If the flavor becomes too weak, add more dipping sauce to adjust to your preferred strength.
