At a specialty restaurant for whale cuisine, you can enjoy various parts of the whale. The red meat sashimi is rich in flavor, and I particularly liked it. The spicy marinated skin and the vinegared miso with the blanched skin are also fun in texture and have a refreshing aftertaste. The fried dishes are impressively delicious as well. The harihari hot pot has a gentle whale flavor, making it enjoyable without getting boring until the end. The staff provides thorough explanations and responds flexibly to requests, allowing for a pleasant experience.
