The mouthfeel is slightly sweet and smooth. The flavor is rich, but it has a good finish, leaving no sweetness in the aftertaste, making it a sake that you want to continue drinking for two or three cups♪
This is a shochu distilled from the sake lees left over after making Dassai, which is re-fermented. It has a fruity aroma characteristic of Junmai Daiginjo, and the taste is light.
A masterpiece regular sake polished to 60% using high-quality sake rice. Its deliciousness is conveyed in such a way that you won't get tired of drinking cup after cup. It can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed (at a mild temperature).
The sweet aroma of ripe melons and apricots rises pleasantly, along with fruity notes reminiscent of pears, white peaches, and pineapples. Despite its flamboyance, the fragrance is not cloying, and the wonderful balance matches the refreshing taste.
