I feel relieved by the attentive service and calm atmosphere that I sense from the entrance. The thick wooden counter is beautiful, and just sitting there is comfortable. The dishes are creative and showcase local ingredients with care. The smoked Kinka mackerel served with cream cheese, thinly baked baguette, and fragrant herbs is unforgettable in its deliciousness. The seasonal fruit and blue cheese crostini, as well as the thoughtfully prepared sashimi, are exciting with their unexpected combinations. I can relax in the private room at the back, and the satisfaction level is high, from the roasted duck to the fish broth soup.
