We received a rare local chicken from Hokkaido that is mostly consumed within the region! The crispy skin, when bitten into, releases a juicy flavor that spreads throughout your mouth.
The vegetables, which are grown without pesticides and animal-based fertilizers, are gentle on the body and allow you to enjoy the taste of the vegetables themselves. For those who think it might be a bit too much, we also offer a half-size option.
Prepared with seasonal seafood caught not only from the local Odawara port but also from various regions across the country, presented in a carpaccio style. It is not too oily, resembling a cross between sashimi and traditional carpaccio, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. The photo shows a slightly larger portion, suitable for two people.
