This is a charming grilled offal restaurant located in an alley of Sendai Ginza. The style of grilling on a shichirin right in front of you is fun, and the aroma is irresistible. The kimchi and chilled tomatoes are refreshing, making them perfect between grilled dishes. You can enjoy a little bit of pork offal, short rib, and chicken thigh, all of which are delicious and not overpowering. There are also drink options like draft beer, sake, and highballs, which pair perfectly. The calm atmosphere typical of an alley allowed us to relax and enjoy grilling while feeling satisfied.
