Soba Matsuo is a traditional soba shop that has been serving the community in Sakaisuji Honmachi for 30 years, offering hand-made soba crafted by a skilled artisan with 40 years of experience. The interior is simple and clean, providing a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes, made with a focus on dashi and ingredients, are perfect as accompaniments to sake. In the evening, you can enjoy carefully selected shochu alongside dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
