The interior is spacious, with table seating and tatami mats, allowing for a relaxed experience. The service is quick, and it's nice to be able to eat without waiting. The specialty soba is served in a broth rich with tempura scraps and topped with an egg yolk, which is exciting just to look at. The thick, chewy noodles pair well with the combination of squid tempura, fish cake, seaweed, and green onions. At the end of the meal, you can dilute the broth with soba water, making it enjoyable until the last drop. There are also sets with rice bowls and soba or udon, creating a casual atmosphere that is easy to enter even for one person.
