This is the quintessential dish of our restaurant. A blend of black wagyu beef, Sakura pork, onions sautéed for 7 hours, fond de veau, and other carefully selected ingredients meticulously crafted by our artisans. A dish that allows you to directly savor the umami of wagyu beef. The soy sauce is also the specially selected Iga soy sauce.
