A Long-Established Restaurant in Abiko Loved for Soba and Katsudon Since the Meiji Era

This long-standing establishment has been in operation for over 100 years since the Meiji period, renowned for its fragrant soba and freshly fried katsudon wrapped in a fluffy soft-boiled egg. The rich homemade dipping sauce and the chewy soba have captured the hearts of local customers, and guests can also enjoy light tempura and various a la carte dishes. Upon entering, a warm atmosphere envelops you, and the unchanged smile of the owner greets you.

In a warm, nostalgic space, you can relax as soon as you enter. The broth for the udon is rich and deep, with a clear umami flavor that is very delicious. The noodles are straightforward and easy to eat, and a warm bowl fills your heart. The soba and tempura rice bowl also have a pleasant aroma, and the frying is exquisite, providing satisfaction. It has an atmosphere frequented by regulars, but even first-timers can spend their time comfortably. The staff's service is pleasant, allowing you to enjoy your meal leisurely.
