Before the country of Japan was formed, the two deities Izanagi and Izanami stirred the sea with a long spear, and the salt that dripped down like 'koro koro' piled up to create an island (from ancient texts). This junmai sake was made in Yamato Koriyama to commemorate the 1300th anniversary of the compilation of the Kojiki. It is characterized by a deep sweetness reminiscent of dried grapes.
