This is a calm atmosphere shop located in an alley of Bashamichi, where the air feels soft as soon as you enter. The handwritten menu and cute illustrations make it a cozy place to spend time. The sparkling wine poured generously is fun, and the presentation in a masu (a traditional Japanese wooden box) makes me happy. The small dish of eggplant and yuba (tofu skin) that appeared suddenly was surprisingly delicious, with the aroma of miso lingering. The carpaccio of fresh fish, cut thickly and topped with red shrimp, pairs perfectly with the special sauce. The staff are kind, and I felt the charm of seafood thoroughly with the assortment of appetizers, fritto, and garlic shrimp.
