The buffet has a rich variety of dishes, and it’s exciting from the start. You can enjoy Japanese side dishes with rice and miso soup, as well as Western salads and French toast all at once. There are omelets with onions and cheese, both of which go well with ketchup or demi-glace. The light chicken broth pho is delicious, loaded with bean sprouts and cilantro, and even the soup is tasty. For dinner, the beef steak and roast beef, which the chef carves, are tender, and the pumpkin soup, quiche, and gratin are also seasonal and delightful. I also like the banana bread, cheesecake, and chestnut pudding, and the cute decorations create a cozy atmosphere.
