This is a pure rice sake with a deep flavor and excellent crispness, created using unique fermentation techniques. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to room temperature and warm. It pairs exceptionally well with sushi and sashimi.
After a soft mouthfeel, the gentle umami of the rice slowly follows. Additionally, a hint of citrus-like aroma can be faintly sensed in the aftertaste. It can also be enjoyed as a food-friendly sake that complements everyday meals.
This red wine highlights the vivid color and wild acidity characteristic of the grapes.
This is a dry white wine with a balanced flavor of soft citrus aromas and crisp acidity. It was submitted to the 20th Japan Wine Challenge (JWC) 2017, one of the largest independent wine competitions in Asia, established in 1997. Out of over 1,700 entries from 30 countries, it won a gold medal, a regional trophy, and was one of only 11 wines to receive the highest honor, the International Trophy.
