A Long-Standing Favorite for Over 30 Years in Machida

This specialty Sanuki udon shop has garnered long-standing support along Machida Kaido. The noodles, with just the right amount of chewiness and a fragrant wheat aroma, stand out not only in zaru udon but also in curry udon. Each bowl, crafted through traditional handwork, continues to attract many regulars. The warm atmosphere is enjoyable for everyone from children to the elderly, and the accessible pricing adds to its appeal.

At a long-standing Sanuki restaurant, you can enjoy a calm and refined flavor. The noodles are smooth and have a pleasant texture, with a perfect balance of firmness and softness that is not too strong. The cold noodles highlight their simple deliciousness, and they pair excellently with the dipping sauce. The curry udon is as delicious as rumored, providing a satisfying experience. The tempura is crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside, with a pleasant texture even at the shrimp tails. It is easy to eat for a wide range of generations, and it's nice that you can relatively quickly find a seat even when it's crowded.
