In a cozy space centered around the counter, you can relax slowly. The noodles are thin and flat, with a good chewiness, and they mix well with the toppings, making them very delicious. The combination of natto, moderately spicy meat miso, crunchy garlic chives, and egg yolk is addictive. It comes with chicken broth soup, and adding a little makes the flavor milder, which I prefer. It's nice to be able to mix the leftover sauce with rice or enjoy it lightly like a tea rice dish. There are also instructions on how to eat, which is reassuring, and the staff is friendly, making it a pleasant dining experience.
