This shop is located on the upper floors of a building in the city, and while the location is a bit hard to find, it is exciting once you do. The interior is cozy, but you can relax comfortably even in a group. The beef tongue shabu is thick and generous in portion, allowing you to enjoy a change in flavor with two types of dipping sauces. The umami of the meat stands out, and the handmade side dishes convey a sense of care and are very delicious. The olive beef steak is cooked to a medium doneness, and when paired with the sauce, it makes you want to keep eating rice. The pork miso soup with various vegetables and the small side dishes are also very satisfying, making me feel that this is a paradise for meat lovers.
