Homemade croquette set meal made with Kiso beef. At the station workshop (Kiso Komajun Saisai Workshop), we purchase Kiso beef in one whole. We simmer various parts for about 8 hours to produce a big-sized croquette. It is a satisfying croquette set meal filled with the legendary Kiso beef, which is said to be a phantom. (We also offer a menu of Kiso beef croquette for 320 yen per piece.)
A satisfying set of Gonbei legendary local flour soba made from 100% Kiso-produced soba flour (stone-ground homemade flour) and handmade Gohyakumochi. Our soba is made from locally produced whole buckwheat (seeds), which is purchased and processed into flour and noodles at our in-house workshop, resulting in pure Kiso-produced soba. We serve freshly made soba every day.
A unique menu where homemade sunki (a traditional lactic acid fermented food from Kiso) collaborates with pork. The mild acidity of the lactic acid bacteria in sunki, said to be good for the body, blends moderately with the fat of the pork. It is a slightly sour and mysteriously delicious pork bowl.
