Available during Golden Week! Made with pure homemade Kiso-grown 90% 'Gonbei Jikona Soba' and our homemade 'Sunki', this is the traditional winter flavor of Kiso. Good for the body, this soba has a delicious taste of the mild acidity of Sunki lactic acid bacteria!!
All of our soba menu items are made from Kiso-grown soba grains that are stone-ground in our own workshop. We use 90% Kiso-grown soba and provide freshly made noodles every day. Zaru soba starting from 700 yen.
A luxurious curry developed at our station with the rare brand beef known as 'Kiso Beef' that is said to be a phantom, filled with chunks of meat. (Souvenir product also available for 650 yen)
