Upon entering the restaurant, the sight of the live fish tank catches your eye, and the aroma of the sea combined with the gently wafting scent of dashi fills you with excitement. Every dish is made with carefully prepared dashi, warming your body from the very first bite. The freshly steamed chawanmushi has a delightful fragrance of yuzu and a fluffy texture from the lily bulb, making it so delicious that you want to savor it forever. The nabeyaki udon with shrimp tempura features chewy noodles and a clear broth that pair perfectly, and I ended up drinking every last drop. The freshly fried tempura and fritters have a crispy batter, while the fish and vegetables inside are fluffy, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the couple and the calming music, it's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time.
