Hyunje Hanu Gochan is one of Japan's leading offal cuisine specialty stores. The copchang, in particular, is known for its thick and juicy flavor. The combination of kimo + tetchan + shio-kara is exquisite and truly delicious. The fried rice was a bit disappointing, but the other dishes use fresh ingredients and have a satisfying texture.
