The staff smoothly guided us to our seats, allowing us to relax in a spacious and calm environment. The salad, made with crisp mizuna and cabbage combined with apples and dried fruits, was delightful, especially with the gentle flavor of the carrot dressing. The sirloin was cooked perfectly, and both the Gorgonzola-scented red wine sauce and the miso-style sauce paired wonderfully. There were eel and tuna available as accompaniments to the rice, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. In addition to Western cuisine, there was also a shabu-shabu course featuring Japanese food, allowing us to enjoy the flow from the appetizers to the tempura and the final dish. The dessert, milk and strawberry ice cream, was particularly to my liking, and the sorbet was also satisfying in taste.
