This is a hands-on course in which you can enjoy different parts of "fresh tuna" that does not rely on refrigeration. We offer a comparison of various parts of the tuna, focusing on special brand farmed tuna and natural tuna from Mie Prefecture. From appetizers to sashimi, charbroiled, nigiri, and a final dish, the appeal of tuna is expressed from a variety of angles. For dessert, we offer our original tuna chocolate. This course is recommended for first-timers to casually experience Mirai Suisan's world view. Due to limited quantities, advance reservations are recommended.
A premium course that offers a deeper taste of raw tuna with "aged" and "different parts of the tuna.
