The owner, Hideo Endo, has been making Pizza Fritta (fried pizza) since the shop opened in 2016. In particular, the menu item named 'Tintarella' is very popular. In 2019, we also participated in the Pizza Fritta category at the Olympics held in Naples, Italy. And now, we have received the first-ever certification for Pizza Fritta in Japan from President Pace of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association! The sign displayed in the shop is proof of this.
