Serves 1-2 people, 3-4 people. Sado Island is one of Japan's largest remote islands located in the middle of the Sea of Japan. The waters off Sado are known for their diverse marine life due to the intersection of the warm Tsushima Current flowing north from the south and the cold Liman Current flowing south from the north, making it one of Japan's premier fishing grounds. Fresh seafood is carefully selected and shipped directly from the waters off Sado and Niigata every day. Enjoy the freshness of seafood like at a market. Please refer to the recommended menu.
