A winter treat! We are proud to offer a course that uses an abundance of torafugu (blowfish)! Enjoy the torafugu that was filleted that day in a hot pot, an indispensable dish in the cold winter. The zosui (rice with other ingredients) is a special treat to finish off the meal.
