A variety of dishes are prepared, including ricotta cheese salad, tenderloin cream pasta, and chicken rosé risotto, all made with fresh ingredients that boast rich flavors. In particular, the chicken rosé pasta is very popular for its creamy sauce and spicy taste that harmonize well together.
