A renowned restaurant that brings out the flavors of eel dishes

Using eels from Lake Hamana, Unatsuru offers a fluffy finish by steaming and grilling them in the Kanto style. In a calm and serene atmosphere, you can fully enjoy exquisite eel dishes along with attentive service. In particular, a dish that showcases the perfect balance with the sauce is a flavor you won't forget once you've tasted it. Located in a hidden spot, it's a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a delicious experience.

In a quiet corner of Maizuru, the shop has a comfortable counter and tables where you can sit and relax. The eel from Lake Hamana, finished over charcoal, has a tender and fluffy texture, and the sweet sauce pairs well with the rice. The young eel has few small bones and melts in your mouth, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The soup with large pieces of liver is also elegant, and I enjoyed the aroma as well. There is a careful explanation before ordering, which makes choosing from the menu exciting. You can feel the attention to detail in the atmosphere of the shop and the cleanliness of the restroom, allowing for a leisurely and happy dining experience.
