We will offer an authentic afternoon tea set that is a recreation of an "authentic European tea party" enjoyed with a spectacular view of Hidaka, Hokkaido. Afternoon tea is a British custom that originated in England and was used as a place for socializing by everyone from aristocrats to ordinary citizens. The restaurant has recreated a tea party of those days, creating a set and a space that makes the experience of afternoon tea as special as the world of picture books. The eye-catching three-tiered cake stand is made of sterling silver, giving it a dignified, authentic look that is distinctly different from the ornate decorations. The attention to detail in every single piece of tableware, including the plates and teacups, makes this a special afternoon experience that only one couple a day can enjoy.

Champagne Brut Traditional.. Dry Marie Dumet is a small family-run champagne producer, but it is a legitimate Champagne NM (Négociant Manipulant). It is characterized by creamy and fine bubbles, along with a refreshing acidity and crispness.
This is an AOC wine from the Saint-Estèphe region of Bordeaux, France. (50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot)
A crisp dry white wine made from Kerner grapes aged approximately 25 to 35 years from Kimura Farm in Yoichi Town. It features a vibrant aroma of white peach and citrus, gentle acidity, and a refreshing citrus-like flavor.
The Pinot Blanc variety, originally from the Burgundy region, is called Weissburgunder in Germany and is brewed as the driest type of wine in Tsuru-numa wine.
A red wine produced in the southern part of Lake Garda in Italy. It is made from a blend of Marzemino and Sangiovese with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a fruity and rich nose with hints of herbs and jam, and the flavor is strong with an appetizing taste and a good level of acidity, showcasing the characteristics of the local soil.
Using white grapes from Kurauchi Farm in Iwamizawa and red grapes Seyval 1 from Sasaki Farm, a beautiful orange pink hue is created through blending. It has aromas of red fruits and candy, and is a slightly sweet rosé wine that spreads gentle sweetness and fruitiness in the mouth.
RICCA means 'Mutsunohana (Rikka)'. It is a dry white wine with the aroma of citrus and white flowers, a refreshing acidity, and a rich fruit flavor, leaving astringency from the skin in the aftertaste. This wine is made from 100% grapes grown in our own vineyard located right next to Hōsui Winery.
